Swimming Motivation Monday: Small Minds

Today’s Swimming Motivation Monday:

Don’t let small minds convince you that you dream too big.

People can tell you whatever they want, but the truth is the one person, and the only person, in charge of determining your destiny is you.

Swimming Motivation Monday: Knight in Shining Armour

Today’s Swimming Motivation Monday:

A knight in shining armour is someone who has never had their metal truly tested.

The real warrior has been through hell, whether it’s via actual combat, training, work experience or even daily interaction with peers. The warrior’s tattered footwear, bottoms, tops, and headpiece is a testament to his or her experience. It’s a point of pride.

Motivation Monday: Valentine’s Day

Sometimes home isn’t four walls. It’s two eyes and a heartbeat.

When you’re with your special someone, it doesn’t matter where you are, because you’ll always be home.

Motivation Monday: Love

Love is just a word until you find someone who gives it definition.

Love is in the air as we approach Valentine’s Day. Just as important to share the importance of love as it is to share motivation. Enjoy our Valentine’s themed Motivation Mondays this week and next week. Wishing everyone a beautiful and peaceful start to the month of February!

#MotivationMonday: Growth

Progress happens slowly every day. The change you do notice over time is the culmination of daily incremental progress.

Swimming is one of quickest ways to progress. Setting personal goals for each swim will incrementally add up over time, making swimming an easy pastime.

#MotivationMonday: Discipline

On Discipline:

Discipline is just choosing between what you want now and what you want mostDiscipline‬ is the very basis of human progress. Without it nothing can be made or properly maintained.

Swimming is one of the quickest ways to develop self-discipline. Putting yourself in a limited oxygen environment will quickly help to build restraint and to do more with less.
